The Marketing Pack was built in 2017 to close two big gaps we saw in the market.
First, our team is made up of marketing professionals who’ve lived on both sides of the table—agency and client. We know how all the pieces fit together, and we also know what it’s like to work with tight budgets, tough deadlines, and big expectations. That combination makes us practical, creative, and strong partners for our clients.

THE ALPHA​​​​
​Co-founder of The Marketing Pack, Carol helps clients with marketing strategy and execution in the healthcare, nonprofit, and business-to-business industries.
​
Prior to starting The Marketing Pack, she was Chief Operations Officer for a boutique marketing and PR firm in Cincinnati, Ohio. She also led national marketing efforts for Harte Hanks, one of the country’s largest direct marketing firms of its kind at the time.
​
Carol is a writer by trade with a strong bias toward action. Her superpower is her ability to listen with empathy and to translate business goals into specific, tangible marketing actions. She’s a get ‘er done kind of a girl!

Carol is a graduate of Xavier University and a member of the Cincinnati Chamber’s WE Lead class of 2016. ​
